Wow! What an inspiration. I just had the opportunity to read & review Cherish Winsor's new book, Thrive Don't Just Survive. This book had me in tears from the introduction. As a mom myself I felt an instant connection to Cherish's story. The minute you start a family finances are front & foremost. The fear of not having enough money to provide is always prominent. This book guides you to face your fears & take control of your finances.

The author has done the impossible: she made learning about personal finance fun. I found this book very enjoyable to read, and I learned many ways to improve my finances. The author’s personal story is woven throughout the book, and the writing is heartfelt and authentic.
Millennials of all incomes will find helpful ways to improve their finances, as well as the motivation to dream big and plan for the future.
Highly recommend!

Before reading this book there was an assumption that the only ones who could make it to the top were charismatic, famous or influential. This gave me a more focused understanding that it can start small.
I will definitely researching more into stocks and the other methods to gain an upper hand on my finances.
